Ingredients
- 10 oz (300g) bag of chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet are most popular)
- 6 1/2 oz (240g) Nutella®
- 1 can (390g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper (use a little honey or a dab of condensed milk to the underside corners to help it stick). Spray the sides of the pan with cooking spray.
- In a deep, microwave safe bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT for vanilla.
- Microwave for 90 seconds, carefully stir ingredients.
- Microwave for 90 more seconds.
- Carefully remove bowl from microwave with potholder, stir in vanilla. (If you are doing a variation and adding nuts or dried cherries, etc this is the time to stir them in)
- Immediately transfer fudge to 8x8 pan and spread evenly to corners so it is all one thickness. Fudge will set quickly
- Cover pan with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Once firmly set, cut into 1” squares.
- Will last in airtight container in the fridge for 7-10 days. (Ha...that's funny. It never lasts that long)
