Ingredients
- 1 box Organic Chicken Bone Broth
- 1/2 bag Trader Joe's or Annie Chun's Chicken Cilantro Mini Won Tons
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 scallions, diced
- 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen
- Spices of your preference
Instructions
- In a dutch oven/stockpot, add broth, carrots, garlic, spices and scallions and allow to come to a boil.
- Then reduce heat and 1/2 bag of won tons and spinach. When the won tons float, they are done. Allow the spinach to wilt and the soup is ready to enjoy.
