Chocolate Chip Celebration Cookies are the one cookie that is on Mr. Kringle’s must-have list at Christmas. Yes, I know it’s something he can have any time of year but I made them at Christmas one year and they stuck! Basically if you add red and green to any cookie, it instantly becomes a Christmas cookie. Fact.
One thing chocolate chip cookies can never have enough of is chocolate, right? Adding festive red and green M&M’s to them will make for a plate of cookies Santa will be happy to polish off!
The video shows you how to bring it all together and what the recipe should look like in different stages.

There are definitely a lot of them out there but that’s because they’re so delicious, right? More chocolate for everyone!
It is so funny how a simple addition of a coloured treat makes a cookie festive. My grand daughters will love this.
Oh these looks great for Christmas another recipe to add to the list

My favorite all time cookie to eat anytime of year. Yummmmm!
Ours too! Something about dumping red and green M&M’s in there instantly qualifies this year round favorite as a Christmas cookie! LOL

Aww, thank you so much Jennifer! You’re the best!
Great, now I’m hungry! Any chance of sending some my way? Perhaps I should just have a go at making them, they don’t look too hard. #ThatFridayLinky
HA! These cookies have that effect on people! Instant craving! You can make the dough now then bake half and save the other half for when the craving strikes again. (It will)
How delicious! M&M’s are my favourite too… definitely going to give this recipe a go! #ThatFridayLinky
Thank you! I just baked some for a friend and luckily have some dough left! 😉
My husband loves chocolate chip cookies and I definitely believe you can never have too much chocolate in them. These do look festive and I love that you add the M & M’s after; I always mix them right into the batter (when I use them) but they don’t show up nearly as well.
The hubby prefers them mixed in too. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind if I mixed them in AND put more on top. 😉
What lovely cookies – they look so seasonal and delicious too! Thank you so much for sharing, and for being a part of the Hearth and Soul Link Party. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Thank you, April! We just had one last night and they are soooo good!
