It goes with just about any dish that you want to add a fiery punch and leaves a nice tingle on the lips when you’re done! (If you don’t like it hot, this recipe isn’t for you!)

Pineapple Chipotle Sauce
If you like a lingering heat on your lips and tongue, this sweet and spicy Pineapple Chipotle Sauce will fit the bill!
Notes
Baste on chicken breast for hot chicken or add to tacos of any kind!
Ingredients
- 7 ounce can chipotle peppers
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
Tools needed
- Small blender
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions
- Open canned peppers and carefully remove the seeds from inside.
- Put skins and leftover sauce in a small blender.
- Add 1/2 cup crushed pineapple.
- Puree in blender then begin adding pineapple juice.
- Blend more until your desired consistency is reached.
- This sauce is spicy and gets more spicy the longer it sits in the fridge!
